Terms
The terms, out loud.
The agreement between you and Beautiful — written to be read.
Effective July 30, 2026
The agreement
By using Beautiful, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with something here, the honest move is not to use the service — but email us first; most disagreements are misunderstandings.
What Beautiful is
Beautiful is a family of products that share one account: Pages by Beautiful, Forms by Beautiful, Links by Beautiful, Launch by Beautiful, and later Email by Beautiful. These terms cover all of them.
Today, Pages by Beautiful is the part that's open — every template, every feature, unlimited signups, free. Pages you publish for free carry a small “Made with Beautiful” badge. The other products aren't available yet; when one opens, these terms already apply to it.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account — no passwords either way. Keeping that inbox or Google account secure is keeping your account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, across every Beautiful product you use it for.
Your content is yours
What you make and what you collect belong to you. You can export your list as a CSV and leave anytime, no questions asked. You give us permission to host, display, and serve what you publish — that’s what publishing means — and nothing more.
Play fair
A few things you can’t use Beautiful for:
- Anything illegal, deceptive, or designed to mislead — including impersonating a person or brand you’re not.
- Spam. The people who gave you their email gave it for the thing you told them about, not for whatever else. Honor that, and follow the email laws that apply to you.
- Collecting sensitive personal information through anything you publish.
- Anything that harms the people who trust you with their email or their answers.
We can unpublish things or close accounts that cross these lines. We’d rather warn you first, and when it’s reasonable to, we will.
If you add your own analytics
You can connect your own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to a page you publish. If you do, those scripts run on your page and the visitor's data goes to that company — which makes you the one responsible for it: for telling your visitors, for whatever consent the law where they live requires, and for your own privacy policy saying so. We provide the field; the obligation is yours.
Leaving
You can delete what you’ve made or your whole account whenever you like. If we ever discontinue a product, we’ll give you notice and time to export what you’ve collected.
The honest disclaimers
Beautiful is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can’t promise it will never go down or that every feature will always work perfectly. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us — which, since it’s free, tells you how much we’re betting you’ll never need this clause.
When these terms change
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means the new version applies.
